I Started watching a TV Series in prime, but now they’re telling me i have to buy the title to watch the rest. LOL IS THIS TRUE ?
Tried cleaning my app cache and app data, changed IP to USA, and london, Didn't help.

Started watching Everybody Loves Raymond on Amazon Prime Video — it was included with the membership at first. I had just gotten into it when suddenly I was prompted to buy the rest of the series if I wanted to continue watching.

What’s the point of a Prime Video membership if it just hooks you in, only to ask for more money midway through a show?

I never had this problem with Netflix. And honestly, while Prime offers other benefits, without the video content being consistently included, those benefits alone aren't enough to justify continuing my membership.

If you're going to start charging for content that was previously included, at least put a time limit or expiration date on the series listing. That way, I’d know not to start something if I won’t have time to finish it.

Now I’m left wondering whether I should even bother starting another show or just cancel my membership altogether and return to Netflix. At this point, I could probably buy the DVDs secondhand on eBay for less than what Amazon is asking — and I’d likely only watch them once anyway. The whole reason I joined Prime Video was for access to content like this included with the membership.

What I really don’t appreciate is being told I have to pay to finish a series after already watching a season and a half.

amazon prime BS answer is this:
Code:
Content and Distribution providers of TV Shows and Movies have agreements with Amazon that change from time to time, and as such, a show that may have been free will require purchase for those episodes because the agreement between Amazon and that Content Provider has changed.

We constantly work with Content providers to bring a wide selection of TV shows and Movies to our customers, but unless we directly own the rights to said content, we do not have the ability to control when and if a series will suddenly require purchase.
My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
